The first meeting in September will present a line-up of all the city office candidates; including those for city council seats, City Treasurer and City Clerk. They will be asked to describe how they are environmentally involved and if elected, will promote and protect open space.

Our popular in-person dinner meetings that everyone remembers and misses are coming back this Fall although with some new features. Important features they will still have are the chance to network with a community of environmentally concerned neighbors and hearing from speakers that will address us about important issues pertaining to expanding and protecting open space.

LCC is a 501c4 organization and does not endorse candidates but does get involved with environmentally important issues and legislation concerning Laguna Canyon, open space and related concerns. 

At this meeting, the new LCC Board of Directors will also be introduced. Other dates to put on your calendar for our future in person dinner meetings will be these Mondays: October 7th, November 4th, and December 2nd, 2024.
